Of Faith About Actually Meeting God There
are times when you are going in forty different directions at the same time. These
are times when you need to have a little sit-down with God. In
the stressful times in which you live, do not forget to tell God how much you
love Him. Life
has a sneaky way of pulling you away from the Lord. The
pressure, the strain, the worry, the temptation…they all work against you. When
you talk with God, it is OK if you ramble on when you talk with Him. Sometimes
you need to ramble on when you sit and talk with God because you just can't hold
all the bad stuff inside. The
Lord is always smiling when you talk with Him. When
you meet with the Lord, eventually you need to get down to serious spiritual
matters. Then the Lord smiles the kind of smile making angels do cartwheels. Of
course, when you sit down with Him, because His love is so strong, you begin to
forget about why you wanted a little sit-down with Him in the first place. Although
the Lord's love can cancel out all the reasons you wanted a little talk with
Him, praise Him and give Him thanks. Praise
