reality has never been your friend… When
reality has always been your enemy… When you
had to go back and relive what was said to you and said about you… When just
the reality of what has happened to you in the past is dreadful… When the
reality of things done to you over which you had no control is too awful to
think about…. When you
think you would die from the awful nature of your reality… When sin
in others has hurt you beyond words… When sin
in you, the sin you passed on from the sin done to you, the sin in you hurting
others like you have been hurt… When you
want to run away from all this sin…. When you
want a tonic so you don't have to live with these awful memories. When you
want an anesthetic to make you forget… The Lord
sees your tears. The Lord
sees you broken heart. Listen to
Christ's voice within you telling you to turn away from your past of sin,
tragedy, trauma, and pain. Listen to
Christ's voice within you telling you all things will be made new if you turn to
