Words Of Faith Words Of Faith In Praise For Christ Standing Near Live
each day in a spirit of praise and thanksgiving. The
Lord has never led you astray. In
the darkness of your afflictions, in the sinking hell of your pain, the Lord has
never led you to a place where you were beyond hope or beyond repair. When
you went astray, you went astray on your own…not because of the Lord. When
you sinned, you sinned because you did not call upon the Lord enough to help you
resist temptation. When
you were hurt, you too often forgot how much the Lord loves you. Yet,
through all this, the Lord has been with you and the Lord has tried to guide you
all the days of your life. Give
the Lord honor and praise this moment for His ever-present love. Give
the Lord your feeble words telling Him you are sorry for what you have done. Give
the Lord your feeble words telling Him how much you love Him. In
your afflictions, the Lord humbled you for His sake. In
your pain, the Lord guided you to think only of Christ the Lord. In
your loneliness, the Lord led you on a path of righteousness instead letting you
walk a path of sin. When
you were tempted and you prayed for help, the Lord came and stood by you. When
you grew weak, the Lord came and gave you strength. When
you lost hope, the Lord came and poured new hope into your heart and soul. Praise
His Name. Amen. |
