Words Of Faith Words Of Faith To Make Peace Through Forgiveness… When
you are full of a darkness called revenge… When
you want to get even… When
you get angry at what was done to you… When
you rage at what was done to you… So
unfair! So
unjust! Perhaps
you were helpless and you were treated like garbage. If
any of these are true for you…remember all things are possible with God. Surely
you may have thought, "Well, if all things are possible, what will God
do?" Will
the Lord even the score for you? Will
the Lord give you a new life and make all your emotional garbage go away? Or,
will the Lord just sit there and do nothing like the Lord seems to have done
before? In
your heart of hearts, you don't want peace, you want war! There,
the truth was told, wasn't it? But… There
are others in your life. There
are others who live in similar conditions. There
are others who are lost in the world. Much
like you were lost at various points in your life. In
total honesty, you hurt for others when you see how they have to live with
things like you had to live with things. You
can see no one cares about them. When
you think about it, you don't want war, or pain, or suffering, or abuse for
them. Maybe
you are not much for this praying thing so without a lot of praying, ask God to
bring peace for these others so they won't have a painful life like you have
had. While
you are praying for these others with all their pain, the Lord will bring some
peace for you too. Praise
