respect Christ in godly fear. Godly
fear is not the kind of fear making you want to run away from Him. Godly
fear is the kind of fear making you want to always do Christ's will rather than
your will. When
you are tempted, be afraid of the consequences of going against Christ's will. When
you want what you want and you don't care about anyone else, be afraid of the
consequences of living in selfishness. Pray
Christ would remind you of the consequences of your sin. Pray
Christ reminds you of the personal pain and loss you will suffer when you go
against His will. Pray
Christ would put into you a fear of not going in His direction. Pray
Christ would show you the error of your ways before you get to a point where you
do not care about what you do or who you are. Pray
Christ would place His hand of power upon you so you will want to live a life
holy, godly, and devout in His love. Praise
