you sometimes want to run away. Perhaps
you sometimes do run away in your heart. Perhaps
your life is filled with heart-breaking events. Perhaps
things have happened in your life you cannot reverse. In our
plain of reality, persons live with the heartbreak of some events until they
die. Yet, no
matter how painful things have been, are now, or will be, your Lord Jesus
touches your heart this moment. Jesus sees
you in your present darkness and is reaching out to you. In His
great love, Jesus is touching you now because you are willing to receive His
touch. Jesus
knows you want His touch upon your heart. In
Christ's great love, He can touch your heart and soothe the memories of your
painful moments. Look to
Him and you will find His peace within you now. In His
great love, you will see through your present darkness into a great Promised
Land. Yes, it is His Promised Land just ahead of you. Already,
your sadness is becoming His joyful hope for you. Praise His
