A Plea For Righteousness

Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful God,
Empowering Holy Spirit,
Thank you for being a part of my life.
As I move through each day, empower me with your love to always live my life as if I was always in your sight.
Yes, Lord, I know I am always in your sight, so remind me of your ever-present love.
Give me the power to live rightly.
Give me the power to make decisions to glorify you.
Give me the power to meet conflicts and temptations by turning away from all those forces from within me wanting me to fall away from you.
Touch me to do your will and not my own.
Even as we live under threats of violence, give us the courage to always do the right thing in your eyes.
All these things I pray, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
