A Prayer About A Presentation Of
Treasures To God
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God,
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I give you my offering, but my offering can never be enough to give you
the offering you deserve.
I give you my time, but my life will never be long enough to give you the
time you deserve.
I give you my service, but my service will never be enough to give you the
service you deserve.
Whatever treasures I could accumulate in my life, all these treasures were
created by you and they are all yours.
Whatever I own in my life, I do not really own, because all things made by
you belong to you.
What can I offer you compared to what you gave me?
No treasure, no thing, and no object can compare to your sacrifice for me
and for the eternal life you have laid before me.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for what you have given me.
May the little bit of treasures I own become treasures to multiply your
work upon the earth.
May the time I spend in worship be a blessing to you and may that blessing
be multiplied billions of times over for others without my ever knowing.
May the service I give to you blossom fully before you and may the
blessing of my service also multiply billions of times over so your power
flows out from your throne to every heart on earthall without my
knowing.
It seems I have trials and tribulations without end.
It seems I am in a period of fasting not of my own making and not of my
own will.
During this time of trials, let no one know my pain and suffering.
Let no one see the depth of my distress except you the Father.
May all my days be spent doing good deeds in secret so no one knows who I
am.
May all my days be spent storing up treasures in heaven by giving and
loving others.
May I look upon the treasures of earth as the folly treasures of earth
certainly are.
May all my heavenly treasures be worthy to be stored in your storehouse in
heaven for all I have on earth shall surely slip out of my grasp as I sail
home to be with you in the great by and by.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
Amen.
