A Prayer About An End To Our War With God

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
How could I slip out of your grasp?
How could I have turned away from you?
How could I have fallen away?
How could I have done sinful things in your eyes?
How could I have turned my back on you?
How could I have walked away from your cross and done sinful things knowing you were dying to save me?
How could I have thrown away all the good, kind, caring, and compassionate parts of my life by turning to sinful ways?
Please forgive me, Lord.
I want to be good.
I want to be right.
I want to stand before you without spot or blemish.
Thank you for loving me and forgiving me.
Please help me to do better and be better in your sight.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
