A Prayer For Answers That Help Most
Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
I love you, Lord Jesus.
You are the source of all I am or hope to be.
Thank you for your love and truth so divine.
Thank you for your wisdom giving me peace, joy, and happiness.
When I am in deep water and I am afraid, please come to my aid and show me
you are with me.
When I think I have no power or control over circumstances, show me you
are here to help me.
When things begin to unravel around me, help me help others in your holy
name.
When questions and doubts fill my mind, please flood my consciousness with
your love so all my questions become nothing more than dust in the wind.
When I have questions and doubts, open my heart to your love and truth.
Open my heart so your love and truth are my guide in all the decisions I
must make.
Overpower the darkness within so you can show me I am not a helpless
child.
Overpower the darkness within me so you can show how I can create new ways
of being your child and doing your will.
When my heart is full of doubt and questions about why things are like
they are, pour your love over me so you can show me how your way is the
way of trust in you.
Show me I do not need answers, but obedience.
Show me I do not need answers, but commitment.
Show me I do not need answers, but unrelenting discipline.
Show me I do not need answers for I already have all the answers I need.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
