A Prayer About Approaching God

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Before time began, you saw me and knew my name.
Before time began, you deemed me worthy to be called one of your own.
Before time began, you deemed me worthy to be held in your arms for eternity.
Keep me on your spiritual path.
Keep me a spiritual person always thinking about your love and always thinking about your grace.
In your name I cast off any influences making me think about myself, my problems, or my earthly bodily afflictions.
Once I was blind and you made me see.
Then I came to know I live by faith not by sight.
Inspire me and lead me to do what is right both in your eyes and in the eyes of men.
Show me how much you love the righteous.
Show me how you will never desert those who love you and who keep their faith in you.
Show me how you protect your believing children forever.
Because you love me and all other people in the world�
Because you walked among us�
Because you gave all of us access to you, to the Father, and to the Holy Spirit, we know we can come to you with the confidence you love us and will never hurt us.
In all my ways, help me live a holy and righteous life so I will dwell in your home forever.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
