A Prayer About Being In God's Hands

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Forgive me, Lord, for I have sinned against you.
My mind has gone in directions I did not want it to go.
My heart has yearned for ungodly things.
I am not spotless or blameless.
I am a sinner and without you I have no hope.
Please save me for I cannot save myself.
In my faith, in my heart of hearts, I know you have heard my cry for mercy.
I accept you as my Lord and Savior.
You are my strength and my shield.
You are my defender.
My heart trusts in you and I am lifted up.
My heart is filled with joy when I think on the things of heaven.
You are my fortress and my Savior.
Into your hands I commit my life.
Redeem me and hold me close so I do not go astray again.
Fill me with your truth in love so I am not deceived and do not fall back.
I am glad and I rejoice in your love.
You see my pain, my adversities, and my afflictions.
You know the anguish of my soul.
I stand before you as one of your humble children.
Your unfailing love surrounds and enfolds me.
I give all I have to you because I trust you and I know you will save me.
In your sweet love I rejoice and am glad.
In your sweet love I rest in peace and harmony.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
