A Christmas Prayer To Live Beyond Christmas
O Precious Savior, Wonderful Lord, In-filling Holy Spirit�
Thank you for this time of year.
I love Christmas.
I love all the trappings, all the lights, all the giving, and all the
gathering together of people at this special time of year.
Precious Lord, keep me in this spirit all the time.
Let every day of the year be like Christmas.
When the lights on the tree are gone for another year, keep your light
alive and shining within me.
When the gifts have been unwrapped and put away, keep me ever mindful of
how you were a gift to me and to all of people of the earth.
When the songs of Christmas go silent at the end of the Christmas season,
keep your songs of joy and salvation stirring in my heart.
When we go back to our normal routine after Christmas has passed, keep
reminding me how giving is more blessed then receiving.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
