Prayer To Come Against Believing Good Things Will Never
Happen
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Lord, you know how I have had a lot of bad things happen in my life.
Things do not seem to be changing for the better in the here and now
either.
In your love and grace, touch my heart and mind so I can see past the
present darkness to a time when goodness shall forever reign.
Change my heart and mind so I see the light in even the deepest darkness.
Open my eyes to see past the present darkness into a time when your light
will prevail forever.
Give me a vision so I can see the best, even in the worst.
No matter how bad things might seem to get, bring me to your empty tomb so
I can be immersed in your infinite hope so divine.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
