A Prayer To Come Against The Ideas Of The World

Most Precious Lord Jesus�
Gentle And Wonderful God�
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit�
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
All-powerful Father In Heaven, give me the power and the common sense to come against worldly ideas and worldly thoughts.
Give me the wisdom to see worldliness in all its traps and outward attractiveness.
Give me the power to see the world as you want me to see the world rather than as the world wants me to see the world.
Show me the way to come against the ideas of the world by using your power of love, compassion, and forgiveness.
In your ways of working in the world, let me be a light shining in the darkness of my world.
When I am attracted to the world, help me quickly turn away while I kneel at the foot of your cross so divine.
Help others see your narrow way is full of power to renew, to help, and to heal.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
