Prayer About The Fellowship Of His
Suffering
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God,
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
More of you would I know�
I want to know more about the power of your resurrection.
I want to know more about the fellowship of sharing in your sufferings.
I want to know more about becoming like you in your death.
I want to be your student because you are the master teacher.
I want to be your servant because you are the Master of masters.
I want to know more about you because you are despised and rejected by
men, you are a man of sorrows, and you are familiar with suffering.
Precious Lord Jesus, I do not despise you. I love you.
Precious Lord Jesus, I do not reject you. I accept you as my Lord and
Savior.
Precious Lord Jesus, I do not hide my face from you. I look upon you with
awe and wonder.
I want to know more of your sorrows and suffering so I may share them and
know more about how much you love me.
I want to know more about your love because I do not want to belong to the
world. I want to belong to you.
Thank you for choosing me out of the world.
I want to know more about your love because when my heart was broken, you
came and mended me and made me whole.
I want to know more about your love because when I was helpless you came
and gave me your power.
I want to know more about your love because when I was broken you came and
healed me while giving me your comfort.
I want to know more about your love because when I was deserted and left
to die, you came to me and saved my life.
I want to know more about your love because on this earth I do not have an
enduring city, yet I know in my heart I have a city where there is eternal
light and where the city shall never fade for dim.
I want to know more about your love because although I am besieged on
every side by enemies stronger than me, I know in your love I am
surrounded by a great cloud of your witnesses.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
