A Prayer For God To Reveal His Love

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Every day we talk.
Most of the time, I talk and you listen.
Sometimes I want you to do more than listen. Sometimes I want you to act.
Today, my prayer is that you would change the world.
No, I'm not kidding. I am asking you to change the world.
I ask you to change the world by letting every person on earth know how much you love them.
I know you have already done this and the world did not and does not accept you.
I know your suffering upon the cross and your ministry on the earth was a demonstration of how much you love us.
But maybe we need more constant reminders.
Lord, we are so bombarded by the darkness, pain, and suffering of life, sometimes we think you do not love us.
Sometimes, we are so besieged we think you do not even exist.
So if it is your will, let all of us hear your voice, and in your voice, may we be overpowered by your love.
In your love, let us see you with our spirit and even with our physical eyes.
Reveal your love to us so our world and our life will change.
Touch our innermost hearts.
Help us open the door of our heart so you will come in and sit with us, talk with us, and tell us how much you love us.
Remind us daily that your sacrifice for each of us was to show us your love.
In the dark times of our life, seek out our hearts.
When we are lonely, touch us and tell us in ways we understand and accept that you love us.
Pour your love over us.
Reveal your love within us.
Immerse us in your fountain of living water from Heaven.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
