Prayer For Power To Be Trusting And
Believing
Precious God
Wonderful Lord Jesus,
Inspiring Holy Spirit,
I love you.
Thank you for helping me trust you and believe in you when I am blinded by
the darkness.
Thank you for being an inspiration when I need someone to trust and
someone who will trust me back.
Thank you for caring about me,
Thank you for helping me fix the mistakes I make, for helping me undo the
wrongs I commit, and for keeping me humble in your sight.
I need you now, for my faith seems to be growing weak.
I need your power and grace in my life, for my belief in you seems to be
wavering.
I look about me and I am part of a world that seems to not care about you.
At the same time when I need the power to trust you more, I look around
and see I am part of a world struggling to go its own way and not care
about whether you are real or not.
I need your forgiveness, for like the world, I sometimes want power for
selfish reasons.
I need your love to enable me to trust you more, for like the world, I am
sometimes empty inside.
I need your wisdom to help me trust you more.
Thank you for blessing my life.
I am blessed because I have people I pray for each day.
Some of these people do not know you as I do.
Some of these people even reject you in favor of worshiping things of
darkness.
Some of these people love their own way of living and selfishly reject
you.
I ask you to minister to each of these people even though I cannot.
I ask you to bless your other servants all over the world.
Give them strength, courage, and wisdom to be humble.
Thank you for listening Lord.
