A Prayer About Gaining From Humiliation
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
When I was thrown into the horror of humiliation, I was thrown into a
circumstance seemingly beyond my control.
There has been no time in my life when life takes on such painful
attributes than when I have been humiliated.
When I have been humiliated, I have been forcibly humbled and forcibly
shamed without my consent or choice.
My humiliation was a time when I was embarrassed and a time when I wanted
to run away and hide.
How can such a time as a time of humiliation be used for my gain and for
your gain, for my good and for your good, for my benefit and your benefit?
Before you this moment, I affirm�
When I put my life into your hands, humiliation turns into growth.
When I put my life into your hands, humiliation turns into wisdom.
When I put my life into your hands, humiliation turns into power.
When I put my life into your hands, humiliation is replaced by your love.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
