A Prayer About God Being Bigger Than Your Life
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit, Precious Lord
Jesus, I love you.
Sometimes I feel really small.
Sometimes I feel so small I think you could never see me.
When I feel so small, I think my problems are hundreds of times bigger
than I am.
Today, I am overwhelmed by my trials and burdens.
Although it seems I have little hope of ever being victorious over this
mountain on my back, I do have a little hope.
My little hope is because of you and my little hope is in you.
I know in my faith my little hope is really a very big hope if I could
only believe a little more, trust a little more, and invest a little more
of my life in you.
In your love, help me believe a little more, trust in you a little more,
and invest a little more of my life in you.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for being bigger than my life.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely. Amen |
