A Prayer To Hear God's Voice Of Gentleness
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Do you hear me cry, Lord?
Do you hear me weep?
Do you see the streams of tears upon my cheeks?
Does the broken heart within me mean anything to you?
I know you are within me.
I know that I know that I know you are within me.
I ask you these things not because I do not believe but because my grief
has overcome me.
My grief has separated me from you for this little while.
According to your good will and your unending mercy, place your gentle
voice upon my heart today.
According to your love beams flowing down from heaven above, relieve my
grief by the gentle nature of your voice telling me you love me, telling
me you care about me, and telling me you are with me every hour.
Thank you for always loving me and looking out for me.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely. Amen |
