A Prayer Of Praise For God's Love During
Times Of Worry
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Your love cancels out my worry.
Although my worry contemplates dying of thirst, your love comes in and
drills down to find your living water within my soul.
Although my worry tries to freeze me in place, your love comes in and
activates me to do more and be more than I ever thought possible.
Although my worry tries to freeze my heart, your love comes in to thaw and
warm my soul.
Although my worry tries to prevent my healing, your love comes in and
heals me in spite of my worry.
Although my worry tries to invite doom into my life, your love comes in
and casts aside all my thoughts of doom.
Although my worry tries to keep me from thinking about being anything more
than I am, your love comes in and inspires me to be more of your child
than I could ever imagine.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely. Amen
