A Prayer About Keeping The Faith In Darkness

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
I love you, Lord Jesus.
I know you are real, but when I see evil winning, I need your help to bring your good into the world.
I know you are real, but when I see so much darkness in the world, I need your help to bring your Light into the world.
I know you are real, but when I see how hate is corrupting the world, I need your help to bring your love into the world.
I know you are real, but when I see how sin is overwhelming the world, I need your help to bring your forgiveness into the world.
I know you are real, but when I see so much death in the world, I need your help to bring your message of saving mercy into the world.
What must I do, what can I do better, to bring your truth and love into my world that seems to not believe in you or even love you?
There is conflict, war, depression, and turmoil on every side.
I feel helpless right now.
According to your will and love, inspire me to do more, be more, and give more.
Help me pray a little longer.
Help me rest my worries in you a little more.
Help me show others how much you love them.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
