A Prayer To Multiply Your Life

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I sometimes think you have failed me.
I know you have not failed me, but I have these thoughts.
Of all the places I wanted to go, you have not taken me to any of them.
Of all the people I wanted to meet, you have not permitted me to meet any of them.
Of all the excitement I wanted, you have not let me taste any of it.
Of all the accomplishments I wanted to achieve, you have not permitted me to accomplish any of these goals.
When I get selfish like this, I think you have failed me.
However, I know in my heart you have not failed me.
I am sorry for my selfishness. Please forgive me. I do not mean to be this way.
I know in my heart, you have been with me every day and every hour of my life.
I know in my heart, when I did sinful things you were with me.
I know in my heart, when I failed youyou were with me all the time.
I know in my heart, when I turned away from you and walked away from youyou never left me.
I know in my heart, you love me beyond measure.
I know in my heart, you give me power I could not imagine.
I know in my heart, you bring me to people and you bring people to me needing your witness.
When my sin keeps me from multiplying your love, help me to cast my sin down before your cross.
When I want to sinfully curse life and sinfully curse you for not being there for me, touch my heart so I will know your true love for me.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
