Prayer To Produce Results From Only Doing
The Right Thing
Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
I love you.
Thank you for always trying to get me to do the right thing.
Thank you for putting up with my rebellion, my ego, and my selfishness.
Thank you for being a part of my life and serving as a compass to guide me
and direct me.
This week, as I invest my time and energy into so many different
activities, remind me I am to live my life and do all things to glorify
you.
When I am tempted to seek monetary rewards or fortune, remind me monetary
wealth is only temporary, and all wealth of any kind belongs to you.
As I seek to improve my job, my work, or my professional position, remind
me that you are my real employer.
When situations in my life become bogged down and I cannot see the forest
for the trees, remind me to look up and see the beauty and wonder of your
grace and love.
To you I give all praise, honor, and glory.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely. Amen |
