A Prayer About No Reasons And No Excuses

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit, Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I make up reasons and excuses when I do wrong things.
I make up reasons and excuses when I fall down and make mistakes in your eyes.
Precious Lord Jesus, please forgive me.
In honesty, I have failed, I have sinned, and I have made mistakes.
Precious Lord Jesus, please forgive me.
I knew what I was doing was wrong at the time I did it.
Precious Lord Jesus, please forgive me.
My heart is breaking.
Tears fill my eyes.
Precious Lord Jesus, please forgive me.
Help me to be honest and make amends.
Help me never make excuses and always do the right thing every time.
Precious Lord Jesus, please forgive me.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
