A Prayer For Transformation Through Holiness Precious
Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
O Precious All In All,
Wonderful, merciful Lord.
When my eyes light up with the attractions of this world touch me with the
beauty of your reality.
When my mind is filled with worldly thoughts, bring me back to your garden
where we both can sit and talk.
When I am in the clutches of my own needs, show me you are calling me to
rise above my needs.
Enable me every hour to make sacrifices for the glory of your kingdom on
earth.
When I am immersed in the ideas of worldly success show me you are the
victory.
When my mind grows sick with my ideas rooted in sin, greed, and ego,
transform my mind with your love.
I praise your Holy Name, for it is from you and you alone my mind and
heart can be made new.
In you and in your teachings, I can find new ways of thinking, new ways of
creating, and a whole new person being born within me.
When I am caught up in the boredom and sameness of each day, show me every
second is a new world of eternal glory created by you.
Show me your kingdom is within me if I would just open my mind and heart
to your reality.
I love you, O Lord.
I adore you, Precious One.
All these things I humbly pray.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit
who lives within me and touches me, Amen. |
