A Prayer For The Power To Love Oneself
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
In the greatest humility, help me love myself.
In the greatest humility, help me love the divine spark you put within me
when I was conceived.
In the greatest humility, help me love the part of me you died to save.
As I despise my weaknesses, help me love the strength you have given me.
As I despise my surrounding darkness, help me love the Light you have
placed within my heart.
Help me never hate who I am, but love the person I am as your child.
Help me feel your love around me, under me, and over me as I contemplate
my life and your plan for me.
Help me find self-love in your grace, love, and compassion.
Help me repent, surrender, and accept you as my savior.
In your love, help me keep the hope eventually I shall sail away into
heaven�your home overflowing with eternal days of light, love, laughter,
and peace.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
