A Prayer Seeking Forgiveness For Complaining

Most Precious Lord Jesus�
Gentle And Wonderful God�
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit�
Forgive me for complaining about my life, for you are greater than my life.
I know you are within me.
Forgive me for complaining about my afflictions, for you are greater than my afflictions.
I know you are within me.
Forgive me for complaining about my relationships with others, for you are greater than any of my relationships.
I know you are within me.
Forgive me for complaining about my finances, for you are greater than my finances.
I know you are within me.
Forgive me for complaining about all the unimportant things that make me frustrated, for you are greater than all the things of my life.
I know you are within me.
Forgive me for complaining about being tired as I do your work, for you are greater than all of my energy.
I know you are within me.
What do I have to complain about when I have you?
Because I have you within me, I have all the greatness of the universe.
Because I have you within me, I have a healing balm of love that is infinitely greater than all of my afflictions.
Because I have you within me, I have the beauty of you in all my relationships.
Because I have you within me, I am rich beyond all measure of earthly wealth.
Because I have you within me, there is no part of my life that is unimportant and there is no part of my life that makes me frustrated.
Because I have you within me, I shall take great joy in being tired from doing your work and doing your will each day.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
