A Prayer To Show God's Humor

Lord Jesus, I love you.
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Lord, I know you put humor in us and in our life.
So as I walk your path, let me see the funny side of things.
Let me see the truly goofy.
Let me be crazy when others need craziness.
Let me be goofy when others need goofiness.
Let me not be so serious I cannot laugh.
Let me not be so serious my tears of sadness overwhelm my tears of joy and laughter.
When others need to see you, help me help them find humor.
When others need you, help me show them you are in the laughter and humor.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
