A Prayer To Stop Over-Committing Your
Life
Most Precious Lord Jesus�
Gentle And Wonderful God�
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit�
According to your will, I want my life to change so I stop over-committing
my life.
According to your will, I want my life to be less busy so I am overflowing
in your love.
According to your will, I want to reduce the activities I am doing on a
daily basis so I have more time for you and for those who truly need me.
Show me how living my life for you means managing my time and managing my
activities in a more constructive manner.
Although I have tried and failed to do this in the past, I know in you all
things are possible.
As you are my Lord, my Savior, my friend, and my God, I proclaim by your
power you can give me a new mind and heart in managing my life.
I praise your name because you can give me new ways to handle this old
issue.
I praise your name because you can give me a new attitude grounded in
love.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
