A Prayer To Find Strength For The War Of
Life
Most Precious Lord Jesus…
Gentle And Wonderful God…
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit…
I love you, Lord Jesus.
Today I am weak.
I am hassled at every turn.
All I have done is rework, redo, and overdo because of the attacks of the
darkness against me.
My every moment is filled with fear and dread about the next moment.
I want to shrink back.
But I know shrinking back is not your will for me.
I know your will is for me to push on, to push ahead, and to fight the
good fight of the faith.
I know your will is for me to be strong and to have your power.
In your will and in your grace, make me think about your power.
In your will and in your grace, make me meditate upon the reality of your
being with me.
In your will and in your grace, make me constantly think about your
presence in my life and your presence in my heart.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
