A Prayer About Struggling To Have Our God Within

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I need you, Lord.
I need you because I am in pain.
I need you because Satan attacks me.
I need you because I need the power of life, of spirit, and of hope to keep me going every day.
Sometimes I lose you.
Sometimes I lose you to such an extent it seems you don't exist.
Sometimes all my faith seems to be gone and I hang on to you.
I hang on to the idea you are real only by a slender thread.
But every time I think I have lost you, something happens.
Every time I think you are not real, something happens.
Every time my faith seems to go to zero, something always happens.
Something always happens to make me remember you are standing over there in the corner.
Something always happens to make me remember you are standing right here next to me.
Something always happens to make me remember you are touching my forehead.
Something always happens to bring me back to believing again.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
