A Prayer To Submit To God And Resist Satan Most
Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I lay down my life before you.
For too long I lived in rebellion against you.
You gave your life for me but I turned away without any feeling or remorse
for putting you on the cross.
I bring before you, in humility, all of my mistakes and all of my sins.
Today, I understand what you did and how much you love me.
Because you died for me, I am willing to give my all for you in the
spiritual war in which we are all engaged.
In your name and by your Holy Spirit power, I will follow you and do
whatever you ask of me.
In your name and by your Holy Spirit power, I will resist the influence
and resist the power of Satan at every turn.
In your name and by your Holy Spirit power, I will live as you have called
me to live.
In your name and by your Holy Spirit power, I will openly refuse to go in
any direction Satan tries to take me.
If I falter and I fail to be righteous and holy, I shall come to you and
ask your forgiveness.
I submit my life to you.
I submit my heart and soul to you.
In all my days may I be humble in your sight.
To you I give praise, honor, and glory.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
