A Prayer About Taking The High Ground For Victory

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit…
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
If you don't mind, Lord, I want victory over these terrible circumstances in my life in the worst possible way.
I do not just want a temporary victory for an hour or two.
I want total victory and total dominance over this mess of a circumstance.
I want total victory to last for life.
To get this total victory and total dominance, I need to find and secure the high ground in my spiritual battle of life.
From the high ground I will be able to see the enemy coming at me.
From the high ground I will have an advantage.
From the high ground I can roll great boulders down the hill to stop the adversary.
From the high ground I can watch the adversary to see what the adversary is preparing to do next.
Your high ground for me is righteousness.
Your high ground for me is right living.
Let this high ground be my impenetrable spiritual fortress for you.
From this high ground I can look up and see you watching over me.
From this high ground I am nearer to you.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
