A Prayer Of Thanksgiving For Hope

O Precious Jesus, O Sovereign Lord, O Mighty Holy Spirit,
A rainbow burst forth outside my door today.
In all its colors, shades, and hues, it reminded me of the hope we have in you.
Thank you Lord for giving me the wonderful hope you have given through Christ Jesus.
Thank you for giving me a reason to look forward to tomorrow.
Thank you for giving me a sense of the eternal love you have poured into my heart.
Thank you for showing me the flowers unfolding in the spring like my life unfolds before you.
Thank you Lord, for in the dim and dark days of my life, I can see the rainbow of your promises to me.
Thank you Lord, for in the gray and foreboding times in which I live, I can hear your angels sing in heaven.
In the hopelessness of the world, I can see a rainbow arching across the sky that says to me, "I love you, my child".
