A Prayer For Times When Evil Strikes
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
When evil strikes in my life, make sure I know I am really and truly
talking to you.
When evil strikes in my life, make sure I know you are really and truly
listening to me.
When darkness, pain, and adversity of any kind invade my life, make sure I
see you standing beside me.
When evil strikes and the results I expect in my prayers do not
materialize, keep me next to you.
When evil strikes…
Keep my faith strong.
When evil strikes…
Keep my faith going in your direction.
When evil strikes…
Keep me full of hope.
When I am in shock from what evil has done, please help me pray to you
every hour.
Please pour out your compassion upon me so I will know how much you love
me.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
