A Prayer For Times When You Can't Climb The Mountain

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
There is a way I must walk but my legs are too weak to hold me up.
There is a path I must trod but I am too weak to walk.
There is a mountain I must climb but I cannot scale its heights.
In this moment, bring me your strength to embolden my heart, my soul, and my faith.
In this moment, show me there is a power, your power, flowing through my life.
In this moment, show me my mustard seed of faith that moves mountains.
Show me the spiritual way even when the physical way seems impossible.
Show me the spiritual way even when it seems the enemy outnumbers me and is stronger than I am.
Make self-pity be far from me.
Make my wanting to make excuses be far away from me.
Help me help others on their climb up the mountain even when I cannot climb myself.
Remind me to pray for others before I pray for myself.
Remind me to glorify you in all I say, think, and do.
Help me help others find you when they are overwhelmed by life and life's circumstances.
According to your will, let me help others by sharing your wisdom, truth, and love with them.
May you be glorified in all I say, think, and do in any hardship.
Let my heart not be selfish.
Let my mind think only of you and your love for all of your children.
According to your will, let new roads be built around this mountain, under this mountain, and through this mountain.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
