A Prayer To Be Found Where We Are
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I don't know how this happened but I have become dead inside.
I had you in my heart and life.
Yet somehow, some way, at a time and place unknown to me, I went dead
inside and I lost you.
Oh, I pretend very well.
I pretend and I lie very, very well.
The truth is, I am dead inside. I am lost. And I am not doing fine.
Precious Lord Jesus, please hear my cry.
Lord, I know this is selfish, but I want you to fix my life because I do
not know what to do.
In your name and by your power, bring me to the foot of your cross so I
can see how much you love me.
In your name and by your power, bring me to my knees in sorrow over being
so caught up in my own troubles of life.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely. Amen
