A Prayer To Lose Yourself In Christ
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Please help me trust you more.
Please help me put more of my faith in you.
I get lost in my life.
I get lost in my selfishness.
I get lost in my worries, cares, and concerns.
I get lost in what I want, lost in what I need, and lost in what I think
is important.
In getting so lost, I lose you and I lose my soul.
The more selfish I get, the more lost I get.
So in your love, please help me to lose my heart, mind, body, and soul in
you.
I believe in faith when I lose myself in you and in your love, I will then
find myself in you.
I believe in faith, when I lose my heart in you I will find I have a new
heart and soul made to live forever.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
Amen
