A Prayer For The Touch Of God

For the touch of God…
Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
We know you reside within us.
We know you are real and alive.
We know you are our personal God.
In all your forms, and in all your many ways of reaching and touching us, we know you reach out to each of us in a deep and personal way.
We turn our hearts and minds to you this day.
In our humble and feeble way, we want to tell you that we love you.
We recognize your divine power over all of your creation.
Help us to open our hearts and minds to your touch.
As you touch us, we ask that your love would shine brightly to those around us.
Our lives are filled with needs and burdens of many kinds.
We need you Lord.
We need you to touch our lives and the lives of all those on our prayer list.
We need your touch because we must endure many trials, tribulations, and temptations as your child.
We humbly ask that your will would be done through us.
Touch our hearts as we battle the dark forces so we will always be right and righteous in your eyes.
To you we give all praise, honor, and glory.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit that lives in us and touches us,
Amen
