A Prayer For The Touch Of God Upon Your Health

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Jesus, I love you.
I am very ill today.
My body is racked with physical pain and physical suffering.
I do not want to be sick.
I want to be well and full of energy and vitality.
I know, at some point at the end of my life, my body will quit working.
I know, at some point at the end of my life, I will get to shed this pain-filled frame and sail home to be with you in eternity.
Until my time comes to be with you in Heaven, I seek your love to heal my spirit, heal my heart, and heal my mind.
In the last days just ahead, give me strength from your love.
Give me your assurance I can face every trial.
Give me your calm peace of mind.
O, how I love you, Lord Jesus.
What a blessing you are to me and to my family.
Even when I am besieged by pain and suffering, you are near me.
Even when I am going mad with aches and fevers, you are near me.
Thank you, blessed Savior.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
