A Prayer About Touching The Infinite

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit, Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Right now, my earthly circumstances look impossible.
I see my limitations.
I live with my limitations.
I am grounded and pounded down by my limitations.
However, I love you, and you, O Lord, are without limitations.
In my limitations, I desire to touch the infinite, but I know in my humanity, I cannot.
In my limitations, I desire to sail through infinite space, but I know in my humanity, I cannot.
In my limitations, I desire to absorb infinite wisdom, but I know in my humanity, I cannot.
In my limitations, I desire to know infinite truth, but I know in my humanity, I cannot.
In my limitations, I desire to give and receive infinite love, but I know in my humanity, I cannot.
Although I have these limitations, because of you and through you, I can begin to get a tiny inkling of the infinite.
In your love and in your grace, help me always understand you want to always touch me more than I could ever want to touch you.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
