Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
I have puzzles in my life I cannot solve.
I have painful circumstances I cannot explain.
I have questions about my difficulties I cannot answer.
I am asking you now if you would tell me why things happen as they do.
Although I spend a lot of time seeking answers, I am absolutely certain you understand all things.
In my faith, I proclaim you understand why I am like I am and I proclaim you still love me.
I proclaim you understand why things happen like they do and you still love me.
I know you understand what I do not understand.
Whatever question I might have, I know you have the answer.
I know I must be content in knowing you understand.
I know you understand with compassion for me.
I know you understand with infinite love for me.
I know you understand with comforting eyes as you look upon me.
When I have been hurt by life, I know you understand my hurt and you reach out to me to help me.
I know when I have been disappointed, you understand and you are with me to give me hope, vision, and a pure heart to keep on trusting and believing.
I know I am your child and you understand all I go through each day.
Now I know what I know is more important than what I do not know.
Thank you, precious Lord, for the truth.
