A Prayer About What Jesus Did
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
What you did for me is beyond my ability to express.
What love you have for me is beyond my human ability to know.
Every day of your earthly ministry was spent showing me what I am supposed
to be and supposed to do.
When I read my Bible and read about you, stand by me and show me the way
to live like you want me to live.
In whatever way you can, teach me to be unselfish, forgiving, loving,
kind, compassionate, and caring.
Help me to see others as you see them.
Help me to feel the burden of others as you feel their burden.
Help me to have courage as you had courage.
Help me to push ahead despite every obstacle and every hindrance, just as
you pushed ahead when you faced the horror of the cross.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
