A Prayer About What Matters Most Most
Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
I love you, Lord Jesus.
I want to connect to you in dramatic ways.
I want to see you face to face.
I want to feel the power of your love within me.
I want, I want, I want.
I am sorry Lord.
For I know it is not what I want that matters.
I know what matters most is what you want in me and from me.
You know I need you.
I need you every hour.
Enable me to rest in understanding how you work within me is a matter of
your will and your choosing.
When I lack patience and I lack the will power to stay with you through
the dark days of life, remind me to be humble and strong.
When I get demanding and want answers from you, remind me to wait upon you
in love and adoration.
When I get demanding and want your healing presence to heal me right now,
let me know you are with me and my healing is assured in heaven forever
and ever.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
