A Prayer For Wisdom When God Says
"No" And We Must Trust Him Most
Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
I love you Lord Jesus.
You have turned me aside from what I think I want and need.
You have said "No" to questions I have asked when I so
desperately wanted a "Yes" answer from you.
No matter what answers I receive from you, I trust you.
When I am pushed to the wall and am praying for a way out, I trust you
will be with me.
When I am pushed to the wall and am praying for a way out, I trust you
will help me shoulder these burdens even when I do not receive the
blessing I want from you.
My trust in you shall never waiver even until the very end.
My trust in you shall never fade no matter what circumstances might befall
me.
I trust every minute you are always with me and are always trying to guide
me.
I trust every minute you are always seeking to use me for your will and
your good.
I trust even in the torrential rains and floods of life, you are the arm
upon which I can lean.
I trust even in the torrential rains and floods of life, you are the ark
into which I can find shelter.
No matter what kind of answer you give me in my prayers and petitions, I
trust you, for you are my Savior, my Lord, and my guide.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
