A Prayer For Wisdom When God Says "No" In Mystery

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
I love you, Lord Jesus.
I received your answer today and I am hurt and disappointed.
I wanted so much to have you open these doors for me. Yet, you have not acted as I had hoped.
In my feeble logic and feeble mind, I cannot fathom why you would not answer my prayers like I have asked for them to be answered.
However, I am only human.
I have no vision of the cosmos and no vision of all that is.
I have neither a clear vision into the future nor a clear vision even into my own past.
What you do and how you do it remains a great mystery beyond all my understanding.
However, I am only human.
You are God and you are love.
Even when I do not understand you or understand how you do it, I know you love me beyond any understanding of my own.
Now as I stare blankly at your mysterious ways, give me patience to accept your will.
Now as I stare blankly at your mysterious ways, give me a profound wisdom to accept your will rather than wanting my own will to be done.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
