A Prayer About When We Lose Sight

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
It seems as if I have gone blind.
It seems as if I cannot see you, hear you, or know you are real.
It seems as if everything has gone dark.
But I know better.
I know I still have my vision because when I put my heart in the right place, I can see you standing next to me.
I know I still have my vision because when I put my heart in the right place, I can still hear your gentle voice calling me.
I know I still have my vision because when I put my heart in the right place, in the depths of my darkness, I can see the Light and Brightness of your love.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
