A Prayer About When You Can't Fix Your Past

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I cannot rewrite my past.
I cannot undo what has been done.
I cannot undo what has happened to me.
I cannot undo what I have done.
In your power, grace, and love, Precious Lord, please give me the power to write whole new chapters of my life in the coming days.
Show me I always have choices to make each day.
Show me I always have opportunities to grow and be better in every part of my life and soul.
In your love, help me cast out the ghosts and demons seeming to haunt me.
In your love, help me never make excuses about what I have done and what I will do.
In your love, help me fix the way things are now and build a future for my life by doing what is right, just, and godly in your eyes.
In your love, show me the future has already started.
Show me over and over again I am always in the palm of your hand.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
